Union County Heritage Festival Idol
The Heritage Festival in Maynardville Tennessee is looking for undiscovered singers and instrumentalists to compete in the Heritage Festival Idol talent competition. The Union County Heritage Festival will be Oct. 17, 2009 from 10AM to 6 PM.
Contestants will be in 2 age
groups. One group will be up to age
16 and the other age group 16 and older. We
will have the following categories: Traditional
Country, New Country, Gospel, and Contemporary Gospel.
Performer Categories are as
follows: Vocalist of the Year,
Entertainer of the Year, (Entertainer of the Year is not available for the 2
gospel categories), and Rising Star
Award.

Applications may be picked up at the Commercial Banks in Luttrell or Maynardville or you may request one to be mailed to you. Application deadline has been extended until September 30, 2009.
