~ Graduated with honors from Rice Business College, formerly located in Knoxville, Tennessee

~ Married to Jimmy Ray Cox, Jr. Family Photos

~ My parents:  Larry and Alma (Brewer) Cooper

~ I have one daughter, Carli Gibson, and two step-daughters (Jimmy's girls) Nikki and Abby Cox.

~ One step-daughter from previous marriage, April Akin; and one grandson, Tristan David, who was born on September 19, 2008. 

~ Currently employed by David Myers, Attorney in Maynardville, Tennessee

~ Previously employed by the Union County Election Commission and The Union News Leader in Maynardville, Tennessee

~ Previously served as a Board Member for The Union County Chamber of Commerce and KUCB (Keep Union County Beautiful)

~ Previously volunteered as an Auxiliary Member for Paulette Volunteer Fire Department for approximately 2 years, helping with fundraisers and other functions of the department

~ Former member of the Maynardville Elementary School PTO for several years, during which time I assisted with fundraisers and other activities.  Also assisted with preparation of the MES Yearbook as a volunteer for several years, selling and constructing advertisements, and helping with the layout

~ Supporter of Veterans & Members of Service

~ Always liked to challenge myself with computers...  I like to see what I can make them do.
