Pricing construction for a website involves many factors such as content, time spent on the project, clip art, layout, links, and other components. Each site I construct is custom-built. I don't ever want to overcharge a client, but at the same time, my time and work must be covered in the pricing. There are different ways a project can be priced: Construction charges are *$35 for the index (home page) and *$25 for each additional page. *These prices are for standard pages. If a lot of clipart or pictures are involved, then these charges could be slightly more. If your site requires ongoing updates, I offer that as a service {for a fee (depending on frequency and content)} if you are unable to make the updates yourself. Hosting services: I only use a reputable company to host my sites that is located in Louisiana. Their services have always been VERY dependable. Hosting fees vary, depending on your site. These fees are always payable upfront for one-year terms unless a short term site is involved. A short term site is a "temporary" site that can be offered for a minimum of 6 months. These fees will include your website address. All sites that I had hosted with this company never had a minute of downtime due to the disasters of Hurricane Katrina when she struck with all her fury-that's how dependable they are.
